- Demonstrator vehicles will be available before the initial stock arrives and by placing a pre-order you will be offered a test drive first. Following the test drive we will confirm if you wish to proceed, if you do not wish to proceed your $500 holding deposit will be refunded to you and your order canceled.
- Your deposit is fully refundable up until when your vehicle is allocated to you
- Once a vehicle is allocated you will have 5 days to confirm your order if you do not confirm your vehicle inside this time frame we may re-allocated your vehicle to the next customer and refund your deposit. If you still wish to purchase you will need to restart your order and any pricing, offer or finance approval made previously will not be valid.
- Before this point you will have access to our system to include your trade-in or arrange finance through us for your vehicle
- Trade-in values will not be provided until within 30 days of delivery
- Once you have confirmed your order a vehicle offer and sale agreement will be signed and your order will become unconditional and is unable to be cancelled
- Full payment will be required a minimum of 5 days before delivery of your vehicle and your vehicle will not be registered until full payment is received or finance documents are signed
- Vehicles are allocated on a first in first served basis based on when orders have been placed. The anticipated delivery date is an estimation and is subject to global production and logistical constraints. We will provide you with regular communication of any delays
- The Government rebate is claimed through Waka Kotahi and any changes to this scheme are outside of our control and we cannot be held liable for any changes made to this scheme by Waka Kotahi
- Any changes to the order that require a different vehicle to be provided (including colour or model) will be a complete new order, if pricing has changed or specification changed this new order will be based on the offer in market at that time.
- Vehicle orders and production slots cannot be on sold or swapped to other customers without prior approval from BYD Queenstown.
